Public Sector Tendering Consultancy

Sitting on the buyers side of the fence has meant that I have reviewed and scored hundreds of tender submissions, witnessing the good, the bad and the ugly. I have designed scoring criteria and service specifications and written model answers to quality questions. Specialising in IT and Digital contracts, corporate contracts and professional services including facilities management, HR and consultancy has given me exposure to a wide variety of procurement activity.

As a previous buyer myself, I know what buyers want to see in a winning tender submission. My experience in constructing and running numerous tenders brings with it knowledge of how submissions should be structured and tailored to meet essential components of service specifications. I understand the obligations and responsibilities of the buyer and hence, understand the rights of the supplier during a tendering process.
