ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) is a publicly owned procurement organisation set up to conduct tender exercises for the purpose of creating frameworks on behalf of schools, local authorities, charities, emergency services, public sector and other businesses such as nurseries and care homes. YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation) is another publicly owned procurement organisation, much like ESPO. As with ESPO it had been set up to conduct tender exercises for the purpose of creating frameworks on behalf of schools, local authorities, charities, emergency services, public sector and other businesses such as nurseries and care homes. ConstructionLine

Constructionline is a website where suppliers within the construction industry can register to become part of an approved list of contractors. The website requires registrants to submit pertinent information, such as insurance certifications, accreditations, financial information etc that are typically requested by contracting authorities during a pre-qualification tender stage. Constructionline then takes on the role of administrator, collecting, verifying and continually monitoring this company information.

SUPC (Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium) is a membership-based buying organisation for universities and further education colleges that develops and manages framework agreements. Its members have access to over 90 professionally tendered, EU compliant agreements and SUPC works very closely with the other regional and national higher education purchasing consortia in the UK.
